Another day at work

The eyes remained locked on the clipboard and the hands steady, even as the life inside the womb begins to stir. Likely to lead to rough squirming as more room is being sought out. The active sessions prevented sleep and comfort, but at least Marlands was assured the child was healthy.

She pauses for a moment to give to stroke the abdomen then continues with her work.

I do enjoy showing off Mar's smart side and the idea of her taking on a scientist's role, so after having this visual in the mind I simply had to draw it. Plus I haven't drawn Marlands carrying for a while, so why not combine? ^^'
